Congratulations!
It is wonderful that your daughter would like to consecrate herself to Jesus Christ. Below are three steps to follow in order to have a quinceañera at St. Mary Catholic Church
Step One: Request Form
If you would like to inquire about the requirements at St. Mary, please fill out the form below or contact the parish office.. Once you fill out the request form, you will be contacted. Then you will suggest dates with the parish.
Step Two: General Information and Guidelines
Quinceañera Requirements, Fees, and Ceremony Guidelines
We look forward to celebrating such a beautiful day with you and give thanks to our loving God for all the blessings received.
The Quinceañera must have received the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, and Communion before the ceremony is celebrated. It is ideal that the candidate has already received the Sacrament of Confirmation or is in the process of receiving this sacrament.
Must attend a quinceañera class before the celebration of her quinceañera and a meeting with our Priest or Deacon. Also, she should participate in Reconciliation shortly before the Quinceañera.
It is recommended that the family should be registered in the Church. The pastor should authorize non-member families to celebrate the quinceañera at St. Mary.
A donation of $450 dollars is asked. A deposit of $100 is required to reserve a date. If the preparation is not completed and/or the Quinceañera is canceled you forfeit the $100.00 fee.
If the Quinceañera or her family voluntarily wishes to contribute more than the fees listed above, they may do so by making a general donation to the church. All contributions are voluntary and are tax deductible.
Punctuality is a must, otherwise, your event will be shortened or even canceled and you forfeit the $100 deposit fee.
Quinceañeras are scheduled on Saturdays at 1 pm. Calendar dates are subject to availability.
We do not celebrate quinceañeras on Sunday or during the Lenten season.
Step Three: Music
After we receive your general information and you agree to the above requirements, it is now time to choose your music.
